Eighteen bedrooms across the estate’s five residences mean parents, grandparents, siblings, and the friends who drove in all sleep on the property. The Lodge is one of those residences. Its 9,600 square feet include five king suites and 5.5 baths, all within the estate’s overnight accommodations for approximately 50 guests.
Built by the founder of Yankee Candle as a private family compound, the estate was made for gathering at scale. Grand halls, common rooms, and quiet corners give every guest a place to land between campus events.

Inside its 120,000 square feet, The Spa spans approximately 55,000 square feet and contains an indoor water park with a grotto and waterfall, a private bowling alley, a two-story arcade, an indoor sport court, and fitness spaces. The Main House adds a home theater.
