Fifty Who Stay
Overnight accommodations are for approximately 50 guests across 18 bedrooms in five residences. Fifty is who sleeps here. It is not the size of your event.
Inside The Spa, the indoor tennis pavilion converts to a venue with a professional stage and a large-format retractable screen. For a reception, a concert, an all-company meeting, or a milestone party, it can accommodate upwards of 500 people, subject to final event layout, permitting, fire-code and occupancy requirements, and event planning.

The Day, and the Morning After

Say your vows in the gardens, with more than 80 acres of green behind you. Dine beneath the three-story great room, or bring the reception into the indoor pavilion inside The Spa, under the stage lights. Then stay: 18 bedrooms across five residences keep the wedding party on the property, so the night ends with a quiet breakfast instead of a shuttle schedule.
That indoor venue can hold upwards of 500, subject to layout, permitting, and fire code. The roughly 50 who sleep here is a separate number.
A note on the photographs: these are the estate as it stands today. Our wedding photography is still being made, and we would rather show you the real rooms than a picture of a day that has not happened yet.
Out of the Conference Room
Get the team out of the conference room and see what they say once the walls change.
Work the morning in the great rooms. Break into the studies and libraries after lunch. Put the whole company in front of the stage and the screen in the pavilion when there is something everyone needs to hear. The afternoon belongs to the trails, the court, or The Spa, and the evening usually belongs to the pub, where the useful conversations happen anyway.
Everyone sleeps on the property. No hotel block, no shuttle, no commute back to the agenda.
Everyone in One Place, for Once
Family reunions, class reunions, and the gatherings that have been postponed three years running.
Five residences let three generations stay close without living on top of one another. Grandparents settle into the Main House, the cousins take the Lodge, and the loudest half of the family ends up in a kitchen at midnight. The days fill themselves, and dinner happens at one long table.
A Base for the Whole Roster
Teams competing in the Amherst and UMass area can stay here for the tournament rather than split across motels.
One address for the coaches, beds for the roster and the parents, and meals at a table instead of a drive-through window. Between games there is an indoor court, a pool, three bowling lanes, and a theater, and at curfew the house goes quiet because no one else is on the property.

Milestones
A graduation, a retirement, a company’s twentieth year, a life worth sitting down and talking about. The estate takes the day at whatever size it needs: dinner for ten in the formal dining room, or the indoor pavilion inside The Spa set for hundreds.
Birthdays & Anniversaries
The birthday that ends in a zero, and the anniversary worth interrupting everyone’s calendar for. Cake in the great room, the arcade for the grandchildren, and the pub still open when the last table finally gives up.
Homecomings
Family scattered across time zones, home for one week. Everyone lands at the same address, the kitchens run all day, and nobody has to host it in their own living room.
College Groups
Parents weekends, alumni gatherings, department retreats, and campus visits across the Pioneer Valley. A private house with rooms for the meetings and rooms for everything after them.
Team Retreats
Smaller than an offsite and often more useful: a founding team, a board, a department of twelve. Long sessions in the studies, meals at one table, and an evening nobody has to organize.
Private Events
Fundraisers, launches, film work, and gatherings that are never announced. The estate hosts a single group behind one gate, which is usually the entire point.
Arranged, Not Assumed
A gathering usually needs more than the house. None of it is included by default, and all of it can be arranged for your dates. Tell us what the weekend requires and we will quote it honestly alongside the stay.
- Chef & Catering
- A private chef for the weekend, or an outside caterer working from the caterer’s kitchen. Either can be arranged.
- Staffing & Service
- Event staff, bartenders, and service for a large evening are arranged for your dates rather than kept on standby.
- Activities & Vendors
- Music, transportation, florals, tennis instruction, guides for the valley: brought in on request and quoted with the stay.
