Juggler Meadow was built for exactly that kind of gathering. Originally created as the private compound of the founder of Yankee Candle, it spans roughly 120,000 square feet across five residences and The Spa, on more than 80 secluded acres in western Massachusetts.
What makes it a true group celebration estate is that the entertainment is already inside the buildings. There are three bowling lanes to run a tournament, a two-story arcade to lose an afternoon in, an indoor water park with grottos and a waterfall, a home theater for the late-night movie, an old-world pub, and two wine cellars for the toast. Pair that with 18 bedrooms and 16 fireplaces, and the whole crew can play hard, stay over, and wake up to do it again, all without leaving the gates.

A water park indoors.
Every great celebration needs a centerpiece, and few rentals can match this one. The water park inside The Spa, with its stone grottos and waterfall, turns an ordinary afternoon into the part of the weekend everyone talks about for years. Because it is indoors and held at approximately 89°F, the New England weather never gets a vote.
When the swimming winds down, the day rolls on: a soak, a movie in the home theater, a frame of bowling, then a nightcap in the old-world pub. It is the rare estate where the celebration never has to pause to figure out what is next.
When the party is larger than the overnight.
Approximately 50 is who sleeps here. The indoor tennis court inside The Spa converts to a ballroom with a professional stage and a large-format retractable screen, and can accommodate upwards of 500 people, subject to final event layout, permitting, fire-code and occupancy requirements, and event planning.
Live bands, presentations, and large evening celebrations are part of what an estate weekend can hold. We will show the converted room in photographs when those pictures exist; these frames are the court and stage as they stand.

Eighteen bedrooms across five residences, with overnight accommodations for approximately 50, mean the entire party sleeps on the property. No designated drivers, no scattered hotel bookings, no one peeling off early. The celebration simply continues upstairs, and picks right back up at breakfast the next morning.
Hosting a larger evening than that? Approximately 50 is the overnight count, not the event cap. The indoor pavilion can accommodate upwards of 500 people, subject to final event layout, permitting, fire-code and occupancy requirements, and event planning.
