Eighteen bedrooms across five residences, with overnight accommodations for approximately 50, mean your leadership team, your department, or your founding crew stays on one property. No scattered hotel bookings, no morning logistics, no one drifting back to a room two miles away. Everyone wakes up where the work happens, and the day starts the moment people come downstairs.

A single all-hands or a week of rotating workshops: the estate scales to fit. Inside The Spa, the indoor pavilion converts to a hall with a professional stage and a large-format retractable screen for keynotes and product reveals, and can accommodate upwards of 500 people, subject to final event layout, permitting, fire-code and occupancy requirements, and event planning. Grand halls open up for plenary sessions and dinners. Libraries and studies become breakout spaces for the smaller conversations that move things forward.
From keynote to close-knit.
Move from a stage presentation in the morning to four simultaneous breakouts in the libraries by lunch, then reconvene in the theater for a strategy screening that evening. The Spa, roughly 55,000 square feet on its own, folds an entire resort indoors: the water park, three bowling lanes, a two-story arcade, the indoor court, and a fitness center. Trust gets built over a late frame of bowling or a soak beneath the falls far more easily than it does in a forced icebreaker.
